Our little musicians

We bought a piano from a neighbor this week, and several family members came over last night to help move it. When it was safely in the house, Olivia and her cousin, Trey, tried it out.


They are a little too short to read the music.


After moving the piano, we all went out on Trey's other grandparents' boat for an evening tour of the big lake in our housing development. Olivia wasn't sure about this boating thing at first...

...but by the end, we got a smile or two out of her.


This morning, Olivia started her piano "lessons" with Daddy. So far she understands that hitting the keys causes the piano to make noise. I think that's as far as we're going to get for awhile.
